About Us
We have always loved cinematic filming and in 2017 we were asked to film our friends daughters wedding. We were reluctant as this was huge pressure with no experience in filming weddings. After reassurances that they had no intention of getting a wedding film the pressure was off (sort of) so we agreed. To say we loved filming was an understatement and being part of there special day was a joy, however the biggest reward was seeing their faces when they watched their wedding film for the first time was something we will never forget. Everyone was crying (including us) and they were so happy that they got the wedding film as they admitted had they not it was a regret they would have had to live with for the rest of their lives. It was at this moment Robertson Studios was born.
A different perspective
As well as being diverse in our cinematic wedding films we are also qualified drone pilots giving your wedding film a unique feel and look that is hard to match. Filming a venue from the ground is great but filming a venue that allows drone flights from the air gives you a completely different perspective. As qualified drone pilots we are aware of how to conduct a flight safely and with Public Liability Insurance cover this should satisfy your wedding venue to allow drone flights by ourselves should they allow drone flights to take place on their grounds.
